Consultation

Planning is a stand-alone service, the first step of which is to start consultations with the client to understand their needs, challenges and areas where support and consultation is needed.

Setting objectives

The next step is to define clear objectives, identify risks and try to meet these needs with the most appropriate technology.

Preparing plans

Next, we prepare a conceptual plan for the client to comment on. If this is approved, we will develop the necessary system design, implementation plan and, if necessary, a migration plan for the move from on-premises to the cloud. During the design phase, we also prepare a project plan, which includes resource inputs, schedules and dependencies.

Decision

Finally, the completed design package is handed over to the client to make a decision.
