Microsoft Teams

One of the most popular applications on the market is Microsoft Teams, which offers its users the possibility of real and effective teamwork.

As well as offering customised chat, video calling, file sharing and file storage, it enables teamwork within any organisation that takes the working process to a new level, making it more efficient, up-to-date and smooth, while also making it an enjoyable experience.

It's all based on the fact that in every company, people work in smaller and larger groups, and the need to work remotely is becoming more and more prevalent. Teams helps you do just that - get quality work done while the members of the team cooperate remotely.

What makes it really effective and usable is that it takes advantage of the capabilities in Office 365 since it builds on its services.

The most commonly used Teams features that help businesses:

Remote assistance

(pl. screenshare and remote control, chat function)

Teams

In Teams, we usually create teams that focus on one of two things: the type of work we do or the projects we work on.

Embeddable apps

(e.g. Planner)

Chatbot applications

In Teams, you can chat with bots from your favourite apps and services.

  Help Desk functionalities

Available from several types of clients (iOS, Android, Microsoft)

What can our company offer?

During a Microsoft Teams implementation the following blocking factors can arise:

·        the company already uses different technology

·        there are several types of products on the market

·        what the company has a licence for

·        concerns about whether the company's network can cope

·        whether the technology in the meeting rooms is appropriate

Implementing Microsoft Teams

We use the ADKAR methodology to identify the problems related to the implementation of change management, i.e. to analyse staff attitudes towards change, to help them implement changes in their work schedules, to prepare an action plan for managing these changes, and to prepare plans of alternatives for change for your staff.

The acronym ADKAR is derived from the initials of five observation criteria:

Awareness: recognising the need for change

Desire: desire to participate in change

Knowledge: knowing how to make a change

Ability: having the necessary abilities and attitudes

Reinforcement: reinforcement to sustain change

The diagram shows that the business need to implement the project has been consciously expressed in the organisation, that the organisation is prepared to implement the concept and the change, that it has the knowledge to develop the ideas for the change, that it can apply the planned processes and that it can maintain the new status achieved by the change.

The success of the introduction of a new service depends mainly on how quickly operators and users get to grips with it. Thus, we place a strong emphasis on training as well as integration with existing systems when it comes to implementation services.
